• Electronic signature: if you sign a service agreement on-site, we collect your signature (canvas image), name, IP address, device type, and GPS location (if you grant permission) as required for the legal record.
• SMS communications: if you reply to text messages from our scheduling system, those replies are stored as part of your service record.
• Usage data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically. We use this to diagnose technical issues and understand site traffic in aggregate.

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security (CAPTCHA on the booking form)
• OpenAI — powers our automated quote generation system; your service description and home details are sent to OpenAI to generate a quote estimate

Each of these services has their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data.

Data Retention

We retain service and booking records for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Arizona contractor licensing requirements and for warranty purposes. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us — we will delete what we are legally permitted to delete.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — card data never touches our servers. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted databases and access controls.
